Sagora Senior Living, Inc. seeks an Executive Director for Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Roxbury Park in Omaha, NE.

The role leads all community operations, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, and facilities, while guiding staff and maintaining a profitable, compassionate environment. The position requires strong leadership, budget management, and exceptional communication with residents and families.

Competenze

• 3+ years of management experience in the senior housing industry (AL/MC/LTC).
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise multiple departments.
• Experience managing budgets and occupancy goals.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.
• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain state administrator certification within 90 days.
