Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County in Iowa City is seeking an inspiring Executive Director to lead one of our region's most respected youth-serving nonprofits. You will guide strategy, fundraising, and community partnerships to sustain impact and financial health.

• Five or more years of progressive executive or senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in nonprofit management, fundraising, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• A passion for mentoring, youth development, and community impact.
• Experience with Capital Campaigns.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County (BBBSJC) is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and relationship-driven leader to serve as our next Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Johnson County's most respected youth-serving nonprofits as we continue our mission of creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

The Executive Director serves as the organization's chief executive officer, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to advance our mission while ensuring organizational excellence, financial sustainability, and measurable impact for local youth.

$75,000-85,000 annually , commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do
