The Executive Director serves as the organization’s chief executive officer, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to advance our mission while ensuring organizational excellence, financial sustainability, and measurable impact for local youth.
$75,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
