Azura Memory Care in Wisconsin is seeking an Executive Director to lead a vibrant memory care community. You will shape resident experiences, inspire teams, and drive growth while maintaining exceptional care standards.

Lead with vision and compassion to balance quality care with financial performance, build strong local partnerships, and mentor staff across operations, dining, caregiving, and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, healthcare, or related).
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience, preferably in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, manage performance, supervise daily operations, and enforce discipline.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience preferably in the senior living, health care or hospitality industries.
• Previous management experience includes hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.
