Job summary

The Arbor Company in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Barrington Terrace Fort Myers community. You will oversee daily operations, manage the P&L, develop a strong leadership team, and ensure high resident and staff satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, FL ALF license, and at least three years in senior living operations management with a track record of meeting financial goals and implementing HR best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ALF license in Florida are required.
• Minimum of three years in senior living operations management with a track record of achieving financial goals.
• Strong HR performance management knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word for daily operations.

Job description

Barrington Terrace of Fort Myers offers award winning assisted living and dementia care in Fort Myers, Florida. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility, and is involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of community life. Developing and maintaining an outstanding team of department heads is a top priority, as is maintaining a high level of customer and staff satisfaction and a safe environment for residents and staff. The Executive Director complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree
• ALF licensed in FL
• At least three years of experience in senior living operations management with a successful history meeting financial goals
• Thorough knowledge of best practices for employee performance management in keeping with all relevant HR standards
• Awareness of issues and trends affecting the industry
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word along with facility using a CRM system
