Village Caregiving, LLC in Cody, WY seeks a Home Health Care Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and train staff across our home care network. This leadership role focuses on growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The Executive Director will oversee referral development, community outreach, staff hiring, caregiver scheduling, and regulatory adherence, while fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
• Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.

We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic individual who will serve as our HomeHealth CareExecutive Director (ED) in our new Cody, WY office. This person will manage the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area, and train new team members to carry out the purpose of Village Caregiving within its scope.

Home Health Care Executive Director BENEFITS/PAY:
