Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Paris, TN is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a senior living community with accountability, operational expertise, financial awareness, and a passion for developing strong teams.

You will oversee performance, drive resident satisfaction, manage staff development, and collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen culture and drive ongoing growth across the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record leading senior living communities.
• Strong accountability and financial management experience.
• Ability to develop and coach high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the community with accountability and strategic oversight.
• Drive performance improvements and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee staff development and operations to ensure safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align with Charter Senior Living standards.

Annual Salary: $85,000–$90,000

Executive Director / NOI Performance Bonus Opportunity

Full-Time Leadership Position

• Primary schedule: Monday–Friday

• Manager-on-Duty rotation required

• Flexibility to support resident, associate, and operational needs
