Bold Vision is hiring its Founding Executive Director to take a new LA County collective impact initiative to the next level. You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage a growing team, and oversee organizational planning and fundraising to advance racial equity across public systems.

Seeking a visionary leader with 5+ years in nonprofits or community organizing and at least 2 years in progressive senior leadership. Salary range 145,000–170,000 USD per year.

Job description

Bold Vision is a multi-sector, multi-year initiative that aims to fundamentally improve the lives of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) youth in LA County through power building and systems change. A Community Council comprised 13 BIPOC-led youth serving community-based organizations from across the county provides strategic guidance and direction to the initiative. Bold Vision's central goal is to change conditions so that L.A. County’s BIPOC youth can thrive. Bold Vision is a unique initiative that will leverage LA’s formidable movement infrastructure to advance racial equity in our public systems and ensure BIPOC youth benefit from living in one of the country’s most progressive counties. Looking for a visionary leader with 5+ years of relevant experience in nonprofits, community organizing or collective impact processes with 2+years of progressive senior leadership to serve as the lead w/ stakeholder engagement, team management, org planning + fundraising. Salary range 145-170k.
