Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Degree in Education, Business Administration or Social Work preferred.
• A Masters degree is preferred.
• Certified Community Action Professional (CCAP) preferred.

To provide leadership that fosters a collaborative environment to further the mission of NWCA to assist people to achieve economic stability and build strong communities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, experience in supervising staff, fiscal management and administration are necessary.
