A leading healthcare company seeks an Executive Director to oversee Marketing Operations and Learning Development. This remote role focuses on enhancing efficiency in marketing strategy, developing comprehensive training initiatives across commercial teams, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates must possess significant experience in pharmaceutical operations and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Position Summary
The Executive Director is the functional lead for Marketing Operations and Learning and Development. The Executive Director's scope includes Marketing Operations (e.g., events planning, digital operations, and communications), Commercial Learning and Development (e.g., product training, disease state training, and skills development), Corporate Learning and Development (e.g., Leadership Development Program). The Executive Director will lead key operational functions that support the execution of our commercial strategy in the US and build the organization's efforts to cultivate a high-performing and continuously learning culture.
This position is remote with a corporate headquarters in Foster City, CA and Parsippany, NJ. The Executive Director will report to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Operations.

Salary Statement:
Offered compensation is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant's relevant skills, experience, and educational background. The salary ranges displayed below are only for those who, if selected for the role, will perform work in the specific locations listed. Please note the employment opportunity is not limited to these locations.
General Salary Range: $275,000 to $295,000
