Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Change Leadership and Communications to drive enterprise-wide transformation. You will partner across functions to enable adoption of new systems, shape communications, and uplift organizational readiness at scale.

You will build storytelling, governance, and change frameworks, collaborate with senior leaders, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize outcomes while fostering an inclusive, learning culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in change management, communications, or transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong storytelling and multi-channel communications capabilities.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in global matrices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise digital change strategies for adoption of new systems.
• Develop integrated comms strategies translating transformation into clear messages.
• Lead governance of enterprise communication channels and alignment with priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to align change priorities and manage organizational impact.
• Establish scalable change frameworks and build capability in leaders.
