Qualifications

• Experience in corrections, security, military, or law enforcement.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Department of the Chester County Prison and act as department head in the Warden’s absence.
• Develop supervisors and empower employees across all levels.
• Collaborate with the Warden, County leadership, courts, and outside agencies; rotate Duty Officer schedule.
