Job summary

Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health seeks a senior financial leader to drive strategic finance, budgeting, human resources, and operations for a school of public health with a $220M budget and about 400 staff, 200 faculty, and 1200 students. You will advise the Dean, partner with department chairs, and guide enrollment and program funding decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA or related master's degree with 10+ years in accounting/financial leadership, ideally in higher education.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision, financial leadership and operational stewardship for the Rollins School of Public Health.
• Oversee school-level financial services, HR, fulfillment, IT, and research administration.
• Advise Dean on finance, budget planning and resource allocation; develop financial models and dashboards.
