Job summary

Meta Compute Analytics seeks an exceptional Analytical leader to join our Data Center Analytics Organization as the most senior individual contributor and technical authority for Analytics within Data Center Infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Head of Data Center Infrastructure Data Analytics.

You will influence analytical strategy, lead high-impact initiatives, and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for leadership and company-wide audiences across Meta.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, Applied Science, or Analytical Engineering leading large programs.
• Proven ability to articulate highly technical concepts to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Experience in Data Center, Infrastructure, Cloud, or hyperscaler domains is desirable.
• Director/Senior Director level experience preferred; PhD in quantitative field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Data Center Infrastructure Data Science in high-stakes technical discussions with Infra leadership and other Meta groups.
• Translate complex work into clear narratives demonstrating business impact to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the foremost Analytical authority, setting technical direction and standards.
• Lead development and execution of analytical solutions for high-priority Data Center initiatives.
• Mentor Data Scientists and Data Engineers; collaborate with Engineering and Product teams from ideation to deployment.
