Job summary

DCCA seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and risk management for federal and commercial clients. You will steer RMF/ATO programs, implement Zero Trust and secure engineering practices, and provide executive-level briefings and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

Experience advising executive leadership on enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, Zero Trust Architecture, IAM.
Experience improving Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes and developing cybersecurity policies and guidance.

Responsibilities

Advise executive leadership on enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance and policy development.
Develop cybersecurity priorities aligned with mission objectives and federal requirements.
Lead RMF implementation, ATO activities, continuous monitoring and compliance initiatives.
Advise on Zero Trust architecture and security-by-design across cloud/software.
Develop executive dashboards, risk reports and strategic recommendations.
