The Hertz Corporation is seeking an Executive Customer Service Representative to deliver high-standard, personalized customer service. You will interact with customers including those in the CEO’s Office, across channels, to resolve complex inquiries.

The role supports a diverse customer base—leisure, corporate, insurance, VIP accounts—and requires accuracy, discretion, and strong written communication. Estero, FL-based office with comprehensive benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Must have previous Call Center or Customer Relations experience.
• Well versed in both verbal and written communication; emphasis on written communication.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Must work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Document and resolve customer inquiries using all resources and materials.
• Communicate and follow up with customers to full resolution.
• Maintain documentation of all contacts, research, resolution, and follow-up as needed.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure resolution and notification of customer.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism when communicating with customers and stakeholders of the Senior Management Team or Executive Office in Estero, FL.
• Cooperate with Management in maintaining goals and objectives.
• Criminal background check due to access of Personal Identifiable Data (PID).
• For internal employees, files will be reviewed and approved by management for performance and attendance before final acceptance.

Job Description

The primary mission of the Executive Customer Service Representative is to deliver a high standard of personalized, full-resolution customer service. The specialist is responsible for providing efficient and professional communication with customers who contact members of the Senior Management Team, including the CEO’s Office. Inquiries may be highly complex and sensitive in nature. The customer base consists of leisure, corporate, insurance replacement, and small business customers, as well as high-profile Hertz accounts, VIP customers, and personnel at all levels within Hertz. Communications may be conducted via phone, email, postal mail, or social media platforms.

The hourly salary for this role is $19.23.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize all resources materials to document and resolve customer inquiries.
• Communicate and follow up with customers to full resolution.
• Maintain documentation of all contacts, research, resolution, and follow-up, when necessary, with all inquiries.
• Follow up in timely manner to ensure resolution was met and customer has been notified.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all communications with customers and stakeholders contacting members of the Senior Management Team or the Executive Office in Estero, FL.
• Cooperate with Management in maintaining goals and objectives.
• Criminal background check due to access of Personal Identifiable Data (PID).
