The primary mission of the Executive Customer Service Representative is to deliver a high standard of personalized, full-resolution customer service. The specialist is responsible for providing efficient and professional communication with customers who contact members of the Senior Management Team, including the CEO’s Office. Inquiries may be highly complex and sensitive in nature. The customer base consists of leisure, corporate, insurance replacement, and small business customers, as well as high-profile Hertz accounts, VIP customers, and personnel at all levels within Hertz. Communications may be conducted via phone, email, postal mail, or social media platforms.
The hourly salary for this role is $19.23.
