Job summary

LHH is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead enterprise technology strategy, modernization, and AI initiatives. You will report to the CIO and drive cloud adoption, modern engineering practices, and governance across global platforms.

The role offers executive ownership of technology direction, with a strong emphasis on delivering customer outcomes and driving growth in a large life & annuity insurance organization. Hybrid work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is available.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Information Technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization across core insurance platforms (Policy Admin, Claims, Actuarial, Investment, Digital Platforms).
• Define and execute enterprise technology, architecture, cloud, and AI strategies.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Align technology investments with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Strengthen governance, architecture, engineering, and delivery frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology organizations and future leaders.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on enterprise transformation initiatives.
