Job summary

Adobe Creative is seeking an Executive Producer to lead a customer pod, producing large-scale campaigns while mentoring a team of Producers and ensuring on-time delivery across global channels.

You will partner with the Director of Production on capacity planning, vendor management, and workflow strategy, translating production standards into scalable day-to-day practices and continuously improving systems and AI-enabled processes to raise quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years producing creative work or leading creative programs in a fast-paced brand, agency, studio, or in-house creative organization.
• Proven experience delivering high-volume, global creative work across multiple channels (video, digital, 3D, print).
• Experience mentoring, developing producers, and removing roadblocks to enable team success.
• Strong systems thinking with scalable workflows and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across creative, marketing, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for global-scale creative work, overseeing pod execution and delivery.
• Produce integrated campaigns end to end, managing timelines and agency coordination from briefing to delivery.
• Mentor and develop a team of Creative Producers through coaching and feedback.
• Resolve production challenges, shifting priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and flag risks to senior leadership.
• Build and improve production systems, workflows, and AI-enabled practices for efficiency and quality.
