The role supports employees, executives, board members, and guests with seamless travel while adhering to company policies. Requirements include a valid passport with unrestricted international travel, ability to lift/transport catering and luggage, and strong flight operations collaboration

Qualifications

• High School and five years’ experience or equivalent combinations as listed.
• Associate degree plus four years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ experience.
• Master’s degree recognized for seniority or specialist roles.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership, executive hospitality, and flight operations on corporate jet fleet.
• Excellent situational awareness and independent work with strong communication.
• Oversee cabin presentation, inventory, and handovers between trips.
• Coordinate catering, procurement of aircraft supplies, and passenger preferences.
• Collaborate with pilots, OPS, Maintenance, and handling partners to ensure smooth flights.
