Job summary

TCWGlobal in Cupertino, CA seeks an experienced Content Specialist & Visual Designer to craft executive-ready communications, newsletters, and modern digital experiences. This role blends editorial storytelling, visual design, and AI-enhanced content workflows for audiences from teams to senior leadership.

You will translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate communications and own end-to-end newsletter production and presentation design with a focus on consistency and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations with visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint; ability to transition between tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused communications.

Responsibilities

• Review updates from cross-functional teams and synthesize insights, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear communications.
• Develop weekly rollups, dashboards, executive briefings, and leadership readouts.
• Design high-impact presentations for senior leadership and enterprise audiences.
• Create visual narratives from data, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
• Apply typography, layout, branding, animation, and storytelling to visuals.
• Research topics, interview SMEs, and develop written content including executive communications.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy and executive polish.
• Own end-to-end newsletter production, content development, and publishing.
• Create banners, infographics, and visual assets for reports and digital experiences.
• Source and curate imagery consistent with visual standards.
• Use generative AI and prompt engineering to accelerate content and asset creation.
• Develop internal sites, landing pages, and resource hubs with AI tools.
• Review AI-generated experiences for usability and information architecture.
• Incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders and iterate quickly.
