The Associate of Executive Compensation will play a key role on the Total Rewards team, supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for Executives, Managing Directors, and Principals. Reporting to the Manager of Executive Compensation, this role provides support in benchmarking, modeling, analytics, and executing executive pay programs at a public company. It offers an excellent opportunity for analytically minded professionals to deepen expertise in executive compensation, gain exposure to compensation committee materials, equity programs, and public company pay practices.

The estimated base salary range is $75,000-$100,000, with total estimated compensation including incentives ranging from $86,250-$115,000. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, market factors, and travel requirements. The role is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
