What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of executive compensation packages, including salaries, bonuses, and equity awards
- Recommend adjustments to compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, including salary grades and incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and corporate governance standards
- Prepare detailed executive compensation reports and analyses for senior leadership and board presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3+ years in executive compensation
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS)
- In-depth knowledge of executive compensation regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and board members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Experience in publicly traded companies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and compensation software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
