Top-tier corporate boutique is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate or Counsel for a role in their NYC office. This 40+ attorney firm was founded by two former AM Law 50 partners and serve middle market private equity firms. The ECEB work would be in regards to M+A deals for these clients. The role would afford a significant amount of hands-on experience working directly with a partner and clients.

Salary and bonus are market and the firm provides comprehensive benefits.

• Active NY bar admission
