Anthropic is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Writer to support and scale the ways our leaders tell our story. You will draft and edit communications for senior leaders, coordinate with External Communications, and shape messaging for audiences across policy, research, and market strategy.

You’ll translate complex AI topics into clear, compelling narratives, manage high‑impact projects, and provide strategic input on communications moments, events, and responses to fast‑moving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of high level executive communications experience, ideally at a high tempo, industry‑shaping organization.
• Exceptional writer and communicator — both on the page, and in high‑stakes, fast‑moving environments.
• High agency and low ego with comfort supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to shape technical concepts for sophisticated audiences.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape executive communications across formats and platforms.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with External Communications and subject matter experts.
• Support senior leaders in developing communication focus and major moments.
• Balance collaboration with a strategic point of view.
