The role focuses on developing and executing strategic communications, supporting executives, and producing diverse materials across press, digital channels, and internal communications. Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, marketing operations, program or project management.
• Residency in Washington State or Texas required.
• Portfolio of written content, presentations, executive messaging or digital campaigns.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies aligned to objectives.
• Experience with digital and social media platforms and executive support.
• Familiarity with crisis communication planning and execution.
• Experience in the technology industry and handling multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with branding objectives.
• Lead end-to-end communication projects with plans, timelines and budgets.
• Advise stakeholders with strategic communications to protect the organization's image.
• Oversee creation of press releases, articles, social content, newsletters, and website copy.
• Implement crisis communication plans to mitigate challenges.
• Measure impact with KPIs, audience research and data analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging and objectives.
• Drive development and execution of executive communications and thought leadership.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all activities.
