Job summary

Nüvitek in Camp Springs, MD seeks a Communications Specialist to support executive leadership, marketing, and operations. The role blends strategic communications with administrative coordination to ensure consistent messaging across the organization while supporting business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in communications or related fields, with preference for Federal Government experience and an active Secret clearance. Onsite 3–4 days/week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, business administration, journalism, public relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, briefings, reports, and supporting materials.
• Draft executive correspondence, talking points, internal announcements, newsletters, and other leadership communications.
• Translate technical, operational, and business information into clear and engaging content.
• Support leadership meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, executive summaries, and action-item tracking.
• Create marketing materials, capability statements, corporate presentations, and other business development collateral.
• Support proposal development activities, including formatting, graphics, and presentation materials.
• Develop content for company communication channels, including newsletters, website updates, and social media.
• Assist with corporate events, recruiting events, and customer engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including meeting coordination, scheduling, and documentation support.
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain communication resources, templates, and executive documentation.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
• Assist with organizing company information for leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Create and maintain communication materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Develop presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
• Manage shared documents, collaboration spaces, and communication resources using tools such as Google Drive and SharePoint.
• Support virtual meetings and collaboration using digital communication platforms.
