Job summary

Bowhead seeks an Executive Communications Administrator to support our customer on the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. This role provides CSD helpdesk services, IT service desk, and VTC support for heightened NLE operations.

The position requires a BS in IT/cybersecurity/data science or related field, 4+ years of technical experience, DoD KSATs Work Role 451, and a DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Over four years of technical experience.
• Meets DoD Cyber Workforce KSATs Work Role 451 requirements.
• Experience providing Tier 1-4 service desk and job control functions.
• Experience with military devices (desktops, mobile devices, printers).
• Experience coordinating with host-bases and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSD helpdesk services as available commensurate with CSD Helpdesk Administrator LCAT.
• Provide IT services, Service Desk, and VTC support for increased operations during Tier 1 National Level Exercises (NLEs).
• Complete account requests for exercise augmentee personnel ahead of NLE STARTEx.
• Revoke augmentee access within two weeks of NLE EndEx upon HQ USSPACECOM notification.
• Provide executive communications support to Priority 1-3 customers within HQ USSPACECOM and GOFO housing.
• Utilize a dedicated phone number provided by USSPACECOM for executive communication support.
• Service all IT and communications issues for HQ USSPACECOM systems; minimal on-call support for GOFO residences.
• Follow the Priority Customer table for servicing identified priority customers.
