White & Case LLP is seeking an Associate Director of Communications - Internal Communications to shape and execute the Chair’s internal and external communications platform. You will serve as a trusted adviser, translating strategy into clear, persuasive content for partners, employees, clients and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising a Chair/CEO or senior executive.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with an executive voice.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling leadership content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser to the Chair on leadership messaging and communications platform.
• Develop and execute communications strategies aligned with the Chair’s priorities and firm strategy.
• Lead development of executive content: speeches, presentations, talking points and video scripts.
• Shape content and narratives for major partner convenings and leadership events.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, audience-specific communications.
• Coordinate with Internal/External Communications and Marketing to ensure consistency.
• Provide strategic guidance and governance across communications staff.
