Executive Communications & Client Engagement Assistant

Fc Centripetal is looking for a sharp, articulate, and trustworthy professional to serve as a communications and relationship extension of our founders on a part-time basis, remotely.

In this role, you’ll help us keep our network connected and thriving. You’ll manage and execute founder outreach — writing and sending personalized emails, coordinating responses, and maintaining regular contact with our community.

This is part executive assistant, part relationship manager, and part communications specialist. You’ll work remotely, part-time (about 15 hours per week).

What You’ll Do
  • Executive Communications
    • Write and send personalized and templated emails as our founder to a network of CIOs, founders, and enterprise executives.
    • Manage communication workflows — CRM updates, follow-ups, and email tracking.
    • Prepare drafts, summaries, and notes for follow-up conversations or meetings.
  • Relationship & Community Coordination
    • Schedule rapid reviews, reminders, and participation in events.
    • Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to re-engage inactive members.
    • Coordinate one-to-one introductions and strengthen community connections.
  • Administrative & Support
    • Manage scheduling, inbox triage, and meeting preparation.
    • Keep correspondence organized and ensure timely follow-through.
    • Anticipate needs and help maintain a steady rhythm of outreach.
Who You Are
  • A mature, polished communicator — articulate, discreet, and reliable.
  • Experienced in executive support, client relations, or communications roles.
  • Excellent written English and capable of mirroring another person’s tone and style.
  • Warm, personable, and empathetic — but detail-oriented and highly organized.
Compensation & Logistics
  • $20–$30/hour, depending on experience and writing ability.
  • 15 hours per week, remote, flexible schedule (hours may increase over time).
  • Bonus potential based on engagement metrics and participation outcomes (cash and/or equity).
  • Contractor (1099) or consultant structure.
