Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist in Arlington, VA to provide senior-level communications integration and executive messaging support for the OASA (IE&E), SID.

The role focuses on enterprise-level synchronization, executive communications architecture, and cross-functional message integration, not routine public affairs. Responsibilities include coordinating with ACOO and HQDA, drafting talking points and speeches, and supporting senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field with 5+ years supporting Senior Government Officials.
• Experience developing strategic communications in a DoW environment.
• Experience coordinating with PAO, Congressional Affairs, and external stakeholders to align messaging.
• Active Tier-1 or SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal integrator for unified messaging across DoW/Army channels.
• Draft executive talking points, speeches, and press responses.
• Support SES/General Officers communication priorities.
