Job summary

Ulster BOCES seeks experienced building and district administrators to support school leaders through the new administrators mentor program. Assignments may include district-level planning and implementation of initiatives, with both virtual and in-person meetings as needed.

Previous coaching experience is preferred, and fingerprinting is required to participate in this program. Ulster BOCES serves eight component districts and offers collaborative educational services across the region.

Ulster BOCES is seeking experienced building and district administrators to work with the new administrators mentor program and provide support to school leaders in districts. Assignments may include district level support for planning and implementation of initiatives facilitated by BOCES. Requires the ability to meet virtually as well as in person as needed. Previous coaching experience preferred and fingerprinting required.

Rate of Pay: $2,000 per Mentee (20 hours per mentee)
