Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; Green Belt required.
• 8+ years in process design/engineering in a regulated environment.
• Experience with governance, risk, and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the clinical process engineering standards across Development Operations.
• Advise senior leadership on strategy, investments, and cross-functional architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end clinical processes for coherence and inspection readiness.
• Lead enterprise-level assessments and translate findings into roadmaps.
• Facilitate enterprise process workshops and governance forums with executives.
• Establish and manage compliance, inspection readiness, and quality-by-design frameworks.
• Lead cross-enterprise process-to-system programs ensuring data integrity and scalability.
• Develop KPI framework and reporting for senior governance.
• Set documentation standards and audit readiness across the function.
• May manage 0–5 direct reports; build high-impact capability.
