Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice (or PT/OT/SLP with applicable license)
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• At least one year experience as a registered nurse within the last 36 months

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support company objectives.
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning services and supervising total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances agency profitability and motivates/retains staff while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure supervision of nursing services follows CMS and state regulations.
• If the Clinical Director is not an RN, designate supervising RN for nursing services as required by state regulations.
