Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or J.D. preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of related work experience, including five years in management.
• Experience leading claims teams in public company management liability and financial institutions.
• Professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Public Company Management Liability and Financial Institutions Claims team with strategic objectives.
• Develops and implements claims handling protocols and business strategies.
• Drives superior customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Partners with senior leaders, underwriters, brokers, and clients to advance priorities.
• Uses data analytics to identify opportunities and manage performance.
• Manages expenses and resources while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Represents CNA at industry events and communicates executive updates.
