Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of ten years of claim supervisory/management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of claim handling in Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation and Large property claims.
• Advanced working knowledge of property and casualty coverage issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Claims is responsible for working as an advocate for HUB’s clients on significant Property and Casualty (P&C) claims. Also responsible for servicing assigned accounts, including T-200 customers, on a regular basis, to ensure the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include work related to assigned specific Vertical specialty teams based on training, background, and expertise. Serve as a resource to the other members of the HUB New England Claim staff and all other employees.

• Extensive experience handling large/ complicated P&C claims.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 annually to $225,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
