Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience working within an ISO/AS-accredited QMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Capable of building relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Adaptable, discreet, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's on-the-ground representative, identifying issues and ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Chair and lead the monthly Management Meeting, tracking actions and holding teams accountable.
• Manage and support key projects on behalf of the CEO, monitoring progress and deadlines.
• Liaise between the CEO and staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings with clear agendas and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate travel for the CEO and US-based employees, including expense tracking.
• Support the development of presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate departmental reporting in line with ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with the UK-based EA to provide seamless executive support, including calendar and email cover when needed.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
