New York University is seeking a Chief of Staff to oversee the Dean's Office operations and act as a strategic advisor. The Chief of Staff will coordinate various operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities while enhancing the School's strategic initiatives and collaborations within the New York metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in academic administration, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $165,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in academic administration or similar.
• Experience managing executive-level operations and staff.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
