Doylestown Country Club seeks a team-minded Executive Chef to lead the culinary program with a clear vision and ownership mentality. You will develop menus, mentor a diverse team, and collaborate with club leadership to deliver exceptional member dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will drive dining offerings, maintain high standards, and manage food and labor costs while delivering memorable events and elegant service that reflects the Club’s tradition and modern amenities.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on leadership style with clear expectations and accountability.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain culinary staff while maintaining high standards.
• Develops standardized recipes, production procedures, and cost controls across all dining formats.
• Strong business sense with food and labor cost management and menu pricing.
• Builds vendor relationships and evaluates quality, pricing, and value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary program with vision, driving dining offerings and member satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive culture and professional growth.
• Develop and manage menus for all Club dining events and private functions.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and capital planning.
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership and Club management to deliver exceptional experiences.
