We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to drive culinary excellence across a full-service restaurant and multiple high-volume catering outlets, including group dining and rooftop events.

Executive Chef - What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across three kitchens in a four-story venue
• Oversee recipe development, inventory, ordering, payroll, and scheduling
• Manage food and labor costs through systems like Compeat and Salesforce
• Develop menus with creative control over a la carte and banquet offerings
• Supervise and mentor a diverse culinary team with performance evaluations and training
• Ensure consistent quality and sanitation standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  
  

Executive Chef - What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Executive Chef or senior leadership role
• Proven experience in both restaurant and catering environments
• Deep knowledge of Italian-American cuisine
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to bring a trusted sous chef is welcomed
