Summary
  1. To function as the Production Manager for all culinary goods and products.
  2. Ensure all products meet Brand Standards and Hotel Standards of Performance.
  3. Maintain food costs in line with budgets and achieve Business Plan objectives.
  4. Operate each profit centre (e.g., Outlet, Banquets) to maximize profit while delivering on the brand promise.
  5. Maintain low cost structures while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.
  6. Follow Associate Restaurant Hygiene Standards.
  7. Support outlets in creating products that maximize revenue and profit.
  8. Assist in marketing and public relations to increase awareness and business levels.
  9. Collaborate with management to ensure overall hotel success and guest satisfaction.
  10. Taste and monitor products served, providing feedback as needed.
  11. Adhere to rules and regulations regarding fire safety, hygiene, and health and safety policies.
Qualifications
  1. Experience with luxury international brands is preferred.
  2. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous.
  3. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
  4. Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
