Join an iconic restaurant group and lead the charge in one of the city’s premier upscale dining destinations. We're seeking a proven culinary leader to take the reins of a high-volume, scratch kitchen known for exceptional cuisine and standout service.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary: $85,000–$95,000
  • Competitive bonus structure (up to $10,000 annually)
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale casual scratch kitchen with $12M+ in annual sales
  • Proven success managing and developing large culinary teams (15–20 cooks per shift)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with exceptional communication and emotional intelligence

Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Extensive experience managing high-volume kitchens with annual sales over $10M
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate large culinary staffs (15+ team members)
  • Demonstrated strength in fostering a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for inspiring and developing others
  • Track record of success in upscale casual or fine dining restaurant environment
