Job summary

Auberge is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary service at the restaurant in Austin, TX. You will manage daily kitchen operations, ensure consistency of plates, and maintain guest satisfaction through high-quality standards.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Skills: Must be able to follow standardized recipes. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

Years of Experience: Previous experience in food service management preferred.

Certification: Food Service Sanitation Certificate as per State/Local requirements

Physical Demands: Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
