Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division in Normal, IL is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations for a dining account. You will manage a team of associates and oversee safety and sanitation to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of culinary management experience, with high-volume production and catering expertise. Relocation assistance is available to the right candidate.

Job Summary

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for adining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
