Job Summary

The System-Level Executive Chef will oversee all culinary functions for a hospital system with 4 acute care hospitals and two additional off-site campus retail cafes. All of the hospitals combined have 622 beds. The Executive Chef oversees culinary for patient meal service, retail cafe dining service and catering services for all locations. This chef will be based out of Owensboro and travel to the other facilities as needed. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertain to the account.

Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
