Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
• 3–5 years of dynamic culinary management experience in high-volume settings.
• Ability to lead food and labor costs while maintaining quality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in scratch cooking and menu innovation.
• Proficiency with kitchen software and Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary functions including menu planning, food prep, and service execution.
• Manage food and labor costs, budgets, and cost-control strategies.
• Purchase food and kitchen supplies; manage vendors and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols; HACCP standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff; foster safety and learning.
• Collaborate on seasonal menus and promotional programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Support events and catering with high-quality food and precise execution.
• Oversee back-of-house operations; ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Work with Director of Dining on performance management and evaluations.
