This pre-opening role requires strong food cost, labor forecasting and exceptional execution across multiple concepts, events and service periods.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a high-volume luxury hotel.
• Experience leading multiple restaurants/bars within one complex.
• Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, forecasting and profitability.
• Pre-opening or large-scale culinary launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary vision for all F&B concepts and events.
• Oversee multi-outlet operations and high-volume service.
• Develop menus balancing creativity with cost and throughput.
• Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory and profitability.
• Lead and develop culinary teams across outlets.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the brand in media, partnerships and community.
