CityGate Hospitality's Hotel Arista in Naperville, IL seeks an Executive Chef to define and deliver the culinary vision across Che Figata, Zorba Lounge, Arista Coffee & Café, In‑Room Dining, Banquets and Catering. This senior leader balances culinary creativity with disciplined execution, building teams, protecting quality, and driving financial performance in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

Four year culinary degree required.
ServSafe Manager & Allergen certification required.
Five+ years as Executive Chef overseeing multiple outlets in a luxury hotel.
Experience with Italian cuisine preferred.
Thorough knowledge of food preparation, kitchen, restaurant, and banquet operations.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Define and lead culinary vision across all hotel outlets.
Lead menu strategy, development, and seasonal innovation.
Establish and protect standards for food quality, flavor, presentation, and consistency.
Coach, develop, and retain culinary leadership talent.
Partner with F&B leadership to improve guest and associate experiences.
Manage budgets, food cost, purchasing, and inventory.
