Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hotel management for seamless operations.
• Source ingredients from vendors and farmers following Chef's standards.
• Oversee inventory and procurement for efficient kitchen operations.
• Lead team training, scheduling, and waste-diversion practices.
• Write team schedules and oversee cost controls.
