Qualifications

• Five or more years of culinary experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day kitchen and dining operations.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage culinary staff.
• Maintain budgets for Culinary Services.
• Ensure food prepared and served to company standards.
• Monitor inventory and vendor relationships.
• Lead Engage Life events and community catering.
• Collaborate with Sales and staff to market the community.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
